Really good! I'm surprised everything I got was so tasty. I changed my mind about shrimp fried rice being boring after having it here Hot & sour soup was perfection. The cooked meat was tender and the veggies so crisp and fresh. The sushi, just delicious! And they have the best ginger here! Come if just to taste the ginger! My palate and stomach were very happy. Overall, a really well-run restaurant. The manager was outstanding! Thank you!

Great sushi choices. Sushi is always fresh. Their Sesame chicken and fried rice is one of the best. They added some lights in the restaurant. Better look now.

The food was delicious, everything had so much flavor! I was greeted very nicely by the hostess and had great service my whole evening. This place is great for a family outing!!

I think these folks opened about 10 years ago at a real low point in the economy. I doubted they'd last but last they have and rightly so. We were seated immediately and ordered drinks which appeared quickly. I was extra hungry and since they have fresh sushi and sashimi I decided on a Spicy Salmon roll - EXCELLENT! I followed it with a Happy Hour Basil Chicken Fried Rice ($11)! It was fine but not great. The fried rice was exceptional but it needed more Basil for my taste. It was still very tasty and just as tasty the next day for lunch. My wife had the Sweet and Sour Chicken which she described as excellent. All in all it was a very nice dinner! Our server had to attend to the entire restaurant for a time but she did an excellent job of checking in on us.

Good food for its price amazing service and really nice ambiance and not loud. I highly recommend commend here if your close by and want good sushi for not a bad price

This place has become a regular spot for us. We love the sushi - it's among the best we've had in Denver!! The staff is always super friendly and they are always willing to work with me on my allergies too!!

I used to work at Rice Bistro many moons ago... For old times sake we visited Rice for lunch recently. Under new ownership now for almost 2 years, not a ton has changed on the menu. We ordered the spicy edamame and the chicken rice paper rolls (no longer on the menu, it should be because they are so good!)... The edamame was not the same, served watered down rather than with the original savory spicy chili sauce. The rice paper roll was just as I remembered it to be, just yum! We ordered the Mongolian Beef Lunch special and the mandarin green bean special with chicken. Mongolian Beef was good, the Bean dish was ok. I probably wouldn't order again. All in all, Rice Bistro is a good Americanized Chinese restaurant. I miss the old Rice, but I digress as nothing remains the same for
